Shipping Policy

At Delux Tanners we ship worldwide and aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All UK orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked services, with full tracking on every parcel.

Free UK Shipping UK shipping is free on all orders over £40. Orders under £40 are charged a flat tracked shipping rate, shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and Processing Orders placed before 12pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, or at weekends and on public holidays, are dispatched the next working day. Estimated UK delivery is 1 to 2 business days from dispatch via Royal Mail Tracked.

Order Tracking You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking details once your order ships. Tracking activates once Royal Mail completes the first scan of the parcel, which can take up to 24 hours, and occasionally up to 48 hours if a courier scan is delayed. If you have not received tracking within 2 working days, contact us at Delux@deluxtanning.com and include your order number or the full name used at checkout.

Worldwide Shipping We ship worldwide, with estimated delivery of 5 to 7 business days. International orders may take longer due to customs processing or courier conditions. All customs duties, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays and Peak Periods Courier delays caused by public holidays, severe weather, high volume sale periods or nationwide courier disruption are outside our control. During these periods, please allow up to an additional 2 business days beyond the estimated delivery window.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Please check your delivery details carefully before placing an order. Shipping labels are generated automatically from the exact address entered at checkout, and we do not manually edit or verify addresses. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, missing information, outdated details or typing errors entered at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address error, a reshipping fee will apply.

Returned to Sender If delivery cannot be completed, Royal Mail may return the parcel to us. Returned parcels can take up to 30 days to arrive back depending on courier handling, and we cannot speed up the courier's return process. Refunds or reshipments are only processed once the parcel has been physically received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non refundable.

Delivery Responsibility Once an order has been accepted into the Royal Mail network, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier. Royal Mail tracking scans, GPS confirmation, delivery photographs and safe place selections are accepted as valid proof of delivery. We are not responsible for delays or outcomes resulting from missed delivery attempts, customer requested redelivery, redirected deliveries, parcels held at a depot awaiting customer action, safe place selections made by the recipient, or delivery instructions given directly to Royal Mail. Orders dispatched correctly within our processing timeframe do not qualify for refunds or compensation due to courier delays outside our control.

Delivery Investigations If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located, customers must open an investigation directly with Royal Mail, as courier delivery data remains confidential between Royal Mail and the recipient. We will cooperate fully with any official courier investigation where required.

Damaged or Lost Items If your parcel arrives damaged, or is marked delivered but cannot be located, you must contact us within 48 hours of the delivery time shown on the tracking at Delux@deluxtanning.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the items, packaging and shipping label where applicable. We will investigate with the courier and help as quickly as possible. Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be accepted.

Agreement to Policy By placing an order with Delux Tanners, customers confirm they have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy prior to checkout.
