The full product guide
Tanning Gummies.
Every ingredient, and the truth.
We built this brand on saying exactly what is in a product and what it can and cannot do. Every ingredient has to earn its place at the level we include it, and every claim has to be one we would make to your face. That standard matters more here than anywhere else in the range, because tanning gummies are the most over-promised product in this industry. So before a single ingredient, the line we will not cross: no gummy tans you on its own. Not ours, not anyone's. Here is what these actually are, what each ingredient is doing, and why our label says glow support rather than something it cannot deliver.

0claims that a gummy alone will tan you
1job: support skin from within, alongside UV and a cream
A gummy cannot tan you. Melanin is made in your skin in response to UV. Nothing you swallow replaces that, and any brand telling you otherwise is selling a dream.
What a gummy can do is support skin from within, with nutrients that have a real role in how skin functions and how it copes with sun.
Stack it, do not swap it. Gummies alongside a cream and regular sessions. Never instead of them.
Weeks, not days. Like every supplement, consistency is the whole game.
Part one
The biggest myth in tanning
Scroll any tanning feed and you will find gummies sold as a tan in a bottle: take two a day, no sun, no sunbed, wake up bronzed. It is the most persistent lie in this category and it is impossible on the basic biology. Your skin produces melanin when UV reaches it. That is the trigger. A supplement can give your skin nutrients that matter to how it works and how it handles sun, and some of those nutrients are pigments that sit in skin and can, over weeks, lend a warmer cast. None of that is a tan. It is not melanin, it is not triggered by light, and it does not look like a session on a bed. We know this. We suspect the brands making the claim know it too.
That is why our label says Glow Support and Daily Glow, and not the word that would sell more units. We would rather sell you a supplement that does what it says than a dream that does not, and we will never be a brand that claims a product can do something it cannot.
If a gummy could tan you without UV, every sunbed in the country would be out of business. They are not. Read the claim again.
Part two
What they actually do
Two things, honestly stated. First, they deliver a set of nutrients with a recognised role in normal skin function and in how skin copes with sun exposure: vitamin C, niacinamide, zinc, vitamin A as beta-carotene, and vitamin D. Second, they deliver three carotenoid pigments, the colours found in algae, tomatoes and carrots, which the body stores in skin over time. Taken daily alongside a Delux cream and regular sessions, they are the inside half of a routine whose outside half you are already doing. That is the whole pitch. It is smaller than the competition's and it is true.
Part three
The carotenoids: three pigments from nature
Carotenoids are the pigments that colour plants and algae. When you eat them, some are stored in the fatty layer of skin. These are the three in each serving.
Active 1Astaxanthin (Haematococcus pluvialis extract)
A red-orange pigment from a freshwater alga, the same one that gives salmon and flamingos their colour. It is among the most studied carotenoids in skin research and one of the more expensive to include, which is why you rarely see it in a gummy at all. It is here as the headline carotenoid.
Active 2Lycopene
The red pigment in tomatoes and watermelon. Stored in skin after regular intake and widely studied alongside sun exposure. Included at a meaningful serving rather than a trace for the label.
Active 3Beta-carotene (as vitamin A)
The orange pigment in carrots, which the body converts to vitamin A as it needs it. Vitamin A contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. This is the ingredient behind the old carrot-juice tanning stories: over weeks it can lend a subtle warmth to skin tone. That warmth is not a tan and we will not call it one, but it is real, it is gentle, and it is the honest version of what every gummy brand is hinting at.
Part four
The vitamins and zinc: skin support you can point to
Four nutrients with recognised roles. We have written what each one is known to contribute to, and nothing more.
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid). Contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of skin, and to protecting cells from oxidative stress. Sun is oxidative stress.
Niacinamide (vitamin B3). Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin. The same vitamin we use in every cream, here from the inside.
Zinc (as zinc citrate). Contributes to the maintenance of normal skin and to normal immune function. Citrate is a well-absorbed form.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Contributes to normal immune function and the maintenance of normal bones. Included because UV is how the body makes vitamin D, and a supplement is the sensible way to get it without chasing extra exposure.
Part five
The base
A gummy needs something to be a gummy: a pectin or gelatin base, a sweetener, natural flavouring and colour. Those are listed on the pack in descending order, and the Supplement Facts panel gives the per-serving amount of every active above. If the amount is not on the label, it is not in the gummy at a level worth mentioning. Ours are all on the label.
Part six
Versus the shelf
Versus a "tanning gummy" that claims to tan you. Same category of ingredients, different honesty. If the label or the advert says you will tan without UV, it is a claim the ingredients cannot support. Ask them how.
Versus a gummy with no amounts on the label. A Supplement Facts panel with milligrams next to every active is the minimum. Without it, a long ingredient list is decoration.
Versus eating your carotenoids. You could. Tomatoes, carrots, salmon, and you would need a lot of them, daily, for weeks. A serving is the easy version, not a magic one.
Versus a Delux cream. Not a comparison. The cream is where the tanning actives are. The gummies are the inside half. Use both or use the cream; never the gummies alone expecting a tan.
What Tanning Gummies are not
Not a tan. Not a substitute for UV, a cream or sunscreen. Not instant; they work over weeks of daily use or not at all. And not for everyone: if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a health condition, talk to your GP or pharmacist first, and do not exceed the stated serving.
Part seven
How to take them
Two gummies a day, with food, at the same time each day so you do not forget. One serving. Do not double up.
Start early. Two to three weeks before a holiday or a tanning block, not in the departure lounge. Carotenoids build in skin over time.
Stack them. Cream before every session, sunscreen outdoors, gummies daily. Each does a different job.
Expect: nothing visible in week one. That is normal and it is honest. Over weeks of consistent use, skin that is better supported for the sessions you are doing.
Quick answers
Frequently asked
Will tanning gummies tan me without the sun or a sunbed?
No. No gummy can. Melanin is produced in skin in response to UV. Gummies support skin from within alongside sessions; they do not replace them.
Why does the label say Glow Support rather than tanning?
Because that is what they do. We will not put a claim on a label that the ingredients cannot back up.
How many gummies a day?
Two, with food, daily. That is one serving. Do not exceed it.
How long until I notice anything?
Weeks, with daily use. Carotenoids build in skin gradually. Nothing happens in a few days and we would rather tell you that now.
Can I take them with a Delux cream?
Yes, that is how they are meant to be used. Cream before sessions, gummies daily.
Are they safe for everyone?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, on medication or have a health condition, check with your GP or pharmacist first. Keep out of reach of children.
